Sarah was raised and educated on the Central Coast, and she has made her home in Benicia, California, for the past decade. Sarah’s background as a merchant mariner has provided her with a global perspective that adds considerable depth and knowledge to her skills as a REALTOR® and Broker Associate.

Sarah is a detail-oriented professional who goes the extra mile to ensure her clients identify properties that meet their real estate objectives. Sarah effectively analyzes a client’s specific needs and circumstances, and she offers professional guidance on maximizing returns on investment, minimizing taxation, and mitigating risk.

As a merchant mariner, Sarah traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. During this part of her career, she regularly worked on container ships around the globe. She holds two bachelor’s degrees — one from California Polytechnic State University and the other from the California Maritime Academy — a private pilot license, and a California Department of Real Estate broker license.

Delving into my favorite bits, I morphed into a stylist. Specializing  in home staging and design. Our focus is on the revitalization of single family homes for resale or reuse. 

With an entrepreneurial spirit Kim started and successfully ran MAC Events, an event planning company, in the Bay Area for more than 12 years where she dreamed up stunning spaces from the ground up. This unique skill was recognized by her Clients and translated to helping event clients with their home spaces. Her knack for making clients feel at ease, paired with her keen design eye to make even the most basic spaces shine led her into a career of Home Staging and Interior Decorating. Kim is dedicated to helping her clients discover the positive impact of design.
