Debbie started her real estate career in 2003 were she worked as assistant  along side a top-producing Broker Associate in the East Bay.

Sarah was raised and educated on the Central Coast, and she has made her home in Benicia, California, for the past decade. Sarah’s background as a merchant mariner has provided her with a global perspective that adds considerable depth and knowledge to her skills as a REALTOR® and Broker Associate.

Sarah is a detail-oriented professional who goes the extra mile to ensure her clients identify properties that meet their real estate objectives. Sarah effectively analyzes a client’s specific needs and circumstances, and she offers professional guidance on maximizing returns on investment, minimizing taxation, and mitigating risk.

As a merchant mariner, Sarah traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. During this part of her career, she regularly worked on container ships around the globe. She holds two bachelor’s degrees — one from California Polytechnic State University and the other from the California Maritime Academy — a private pilot license, and a California Department of Real Estate broker license. 

Sarah is interested in building lasting relationships. She aims to provide her clients with the best information that allows them to make critical real estate investments.
